Academic Agenda

This year’s Academic Agenda aims at a more practical approach, by highlighting information about what it means to practice in the legal branch, beginning with some of the fundamental issues related to the theoretical part and ending with viewing critical points of the legal practice, for both lawyers and the judges.
Having the desire to cover a vast area of this domain, Banking and Finance Law Summer School has set itself to deepen the study of financing contracts, a topical issue not addressed by the Romanian universities. More specifically, this edition’s theme is Contract Techniques in the Case of Loan Agreements, subject which will be dealt with from all aspects: parties, object, representations and warranties, interest, liabilities and so on.
The event will bring together students and professors of Banking Law, prominent personalities in the field and renowned experts from public institutions or law firms.
